Return & Exchange Policy
At No Noise, we want you to love what you wear. If for any reason you wish to return or exchange an item, please read our policy below:
1. Returns
• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• A pickup fee will be charged for return parcels.
• Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Refunds & Store Credit
• For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued as Store Credit (Voucher) only.
• The store credit can be used on any future purchase and will not be reimbursed to your bank account.
• For prepaid orders, refunds will also be issued as Store Credit, unless otherwise specified.
