Shipping policy

1. Introduction

Thank you for shopping with No Noise Official! This Shipping Policy outlines the details regarding the processing, shipment, and delivery of your orders placed through our website, nonoiseofficial.in. We are committed to delivering your products in a timely and efficient manner across India. By placing an order on our Site, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. Our goal is to provide clarity on shipping timelines, costs, and procedures.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays in India) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification email, often including tracking information, once your order has been shipped.

  • Please note that processing times may be longer during peak seasons, promotional events (like major sales), or due to unforeseen circumstances. We will do our best to notify you of significant delays.  

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

  • We primarily use reputable courier services for deliveries across India. Our common shipping partners include, but are not limited to, Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, Xpressbees, and India Post (for specific locations).

  • The choice of carrier is typically determined based on your delivery pincode, service availability, and the most efficient route for your location.

  • At this time, we generally offer Standard Shipping. Estimated delivery timelines for standard shipping are provided below. Express shipping options may be available occasionally or for specific products/locations, and if so, will be indicated at checkout.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on order value, weight, and delivery location.

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above a certain value (e.g., ₹999 - adjust this value as per your business model). This threshold will be clearly indicated on the Site and at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping Fee: For prepaid orders below the free shipping threshold, a flat standard shipping fee (e.g., ₹50 - ₹100 - adjust as needed) will be applied.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): If COD is available for your pincode and selected as a payment method, an additional handling fee (e.g., ₹50 - ₹70 - adjust as needed) may apply. This fee covers the additional costs associated with COD service. COD availability is subject to our courier partners' serviceability for your location.

  • The final shipping cost, including any applicable fees, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

5. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Once your order is processed and shipped, the estimated delivery time depends on your location within India. Please note these are estimates only and not guarantees. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control (weather conditions, logistics network congestion, public holidays, etc.).

    • Metropolitan Cities: Approximately 3-5 business days.

    • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: Approximately 5-7 business days.

    • North East India & Remote Areas (including Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, Lakshadweep): Approximately 7-12 business days.

  • Delivery times are calculated from the date of shipment, not the date of order placement.

6. Shipping Destinations & Pincode Serviceability

  • We currently ship to most pincodes across India.

  • There might be certain pincodes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners. You can usually check pincode serviceability during the checkout process. If your pincode is not serviceable, we regret that we may not be able to fulfill your order, or we might explore alternative shipping methods like India Post Speed Post where feasible, which might have different delivery timelines.

7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and/or SMS containing your tracking number and a link to the courier partner's website.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the courier's system after you receive the notification.

  • You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

8. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including pincode and phone number).

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, refusal to accept the delivery, or failure to collect from the courier, the customer may be responsible for any return shipping fees and additional charges incurred for reshipment. We will contact you to arrange reshipment upon payment of these charges. If reshipment is not desired, a refund may be processed minus the original and return shipping costs.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • Damaged Packages: If you receive a package that appears damaged, please inspect it carefully before accepting it. If the product inside is damaged, please contact our Customer Support team within 48 hours of delivery at support@nonoiseofficial.in or call +91 75730 66611. Please provide your order number and photographic evidence of the damage (damaged item and packaging). We will assist you with the claims process and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Lost Packages: If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe and tracking information shows no recent updates for several days, please contact us. We will initiate an investigation with the courier partner. This process can take some time. If the package is confirmed lost, we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

10. Policy Changes

No Noise Official reserves the right to modify this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
